Who we are
Morels and Standards is a Private Chef and Catering service based out of Oakland, California. Chef owned and operated we provide fresh and local food always keeping in mind what is in season. We specialize in California cuisine with big influences on French and Italian techniques. Caleb and Jason met at Chez Panisse in 2015 and have been cooking together in some capacity since. We work as private Chef’s, Cater and do meal drop off’s. We cater small intimate coursed meals and we also cater large destination weddings, and everything in between.
